This week...TAKS

This is a reminder that 3rd, 4th and 5th grade are TAKS testing this week, which means there are no visitors on campus for Tuesday-Thursday.

Also Fun Run pledges need to collected. The school still needs to collect about 30% of the pledges. Thanks for your help.

Have your 5th grade rest-up on Wednesday for the Science TAKS test on Thursday.

Supplies

The 5th grade is running low on facial tissues, glue sticks and pencils. We still have seven weeks of school.

Science!?!

In math for the next few weeks, we will be doing both math and science. There are some great activities that integrate both subjects. We will still be using our math skills, but in a way that helps review for the science TAKS test. You will be seeing less math homework.

This is my week of April 4th post:
We have math TAKS and reading TAKS test on Monday and Tuesday.
This weekend please have some fun and get out and enjoy the sunshine with your child.
But on Sunday please have your kid get plenty of rest and sleep on Sunday night.
DON"T FORGET: no cellphones on Monday and Tuesday.
